DELUXE ROOM

The Deluxe Rooms are designed in a delicate modern cottage style that is both warm and inviting. They are great for your stay in Alibaug since they are close to the quiet beach and peaceful atmosphere, and they have a relaxing and pleasant dï¿½cor. A maximum of three to fours persons or two adults and two kid may be accommodated in the modern room, which is furnished with a queen-sized double bed.

1. Wheelchairs are not permitted to enter the full building.
2. Unmarried couples are permitted.
3. The use of hookah is strictly prohibited.
4. Suitable for use with children.
5. Linens, towels, and laundry are washed daily.
6. It is permissible to consume non-vegetarian food.
7. No outside food or beverages are permitted.
8. Smoking is not permitted on the premises or in any of the rooms.
9. The primary guest checking in to the resort must be at least 18 years of age.
10. Quarantine measures are being followed in accordance with the requirements of local government authorities.
11. There is a large entryway on the property.
12. There is no access to the upper floors through the lift.
13. The upper floors are reached through a flight of stairs.
14. Pets are not permitted on the premises.
15. There are no animals residing on the property at this time.
16. There are no visitors permitted.
17. There are no time limitations for entering or exiting the premises.
18. Does not permit private parties or events of any kind.
19. Office identification cards and non-government identification cards are not recognised as identification proof (s)
20. Identification documents such as a passport, Aadhar card, driving licence, and government identification are recognised as identification documents (s)

1. All ages of children are welcome.
2. At this property, children aged 7 and up are considered adults.
3. Please add the number of children and their ages to your search to obtain accurate rates and occupancy information.
4. Upon request, an extra bed/mattress costs INR 1200 per person, each night.
5. Supplements are not included in the overall cost of your stay and must be paid for individually during your stay.

7. The maximum number of extra beds that can be accommodated varies by room type. Please double-check the room's maximum capacity before booking.

1. 50% advance to be paid if booking is done before one month
2. 80% advance to be paid if booking is done before 8 days
3. 100% advance if booking done before 2 days.
4. If a booking is cancelled before 8 days of arrival, there will be 10% cancellation charge.
5. If a booking is cancelled before 2 days there will be 1 night retention charges (50% Cancellation charges)
6. If a booking is cancelled within 24 hours of arrival there will be 100% cancellation charges.
